• Identity Data: includes first name, last name.
• Contact Data: includes email address and telephone numbers.
• Special Category Data: includes information about your child's health and challenges, which you provide during the assessment process. We process this with your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data to provide the services you requested, specifically to arrange and conduct discovery calls and neurofeedback assessments.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

5. AI Assistant and WhatsApp Messaging

Following your Brain Health Fit Check, you may receive a WhatsApp message from Nora, our AI assistant. Nora is an automated system — not a member of our human team. Nora will identify itself as an AI at the start of every conversation.

If you consent to WhatsApp follow-up, your name and phone number will be used to contact you via WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Meta processes messages on its own infrastructure, including servers outside the UK. This is lawful under UK GDPR subject to Meta's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request deletion of your data by emailing enquiries@neurofeedbackbraintraining.co.uk.

Information you share about your child is treated as sensitive data under UK GDPR Article 9. It is used solely to provide your Brain Health Fit Check results and personalised follow-up. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
